We supply most common kind of coffees as follows:
Green (raw/unroasted) coffee beans
The green coffee beans include robusta, arabica and peaberries.
Roasted and ground coffee
The roasted and ground coffee includes roasted robusta/ arabica/ peaberry coffee whole beans, ground robusta/ arabica/ peaberry coffee powder.
Instant coffee
For instant coffee, we have spray-dried coffee powder and freeze-dried coffee granules. We are producing only robusta instant coffee at this moment.
Instant coffee mixes, premixes
Our instant coffee mixes are various from black coffee 2 in 1, white coffee 2 in 1, 3 in 1 coffee #classic #flavored, 4 in 1 coffee, cappuccino, latte, coconut coffee, etc.
WSCAFE offers three types of services including OEM coffee & contract roasting; private label coffee under customer's brand name (or trademark) and coffee consultancy & tours.

Green (raw/unroasted) coffee beans
60 kgs/ PP bag or jute bag.
Roasted and ground coffee
The most common sizes are 100 grams, 250 grams, 340 grams, 500 grams, 1 kilograms, 5 kilograms per package. The popular bags are gusset bags, pouches. Other packages are drips and paper filters from 7 grams to 15 grams as single serves.
Instant coffee
The perfect size is from 2 to 4 grams per sachets or sticks. Pouches are also a good choice.
Instant coffee mixes, premixes
We prefer the sizes from 10 grams to 40 grams per sachets or sticks for instant coffee mixes. Then we put them into a nice design paper box.
We have already exported to America, Canada, Europe (Germany, the UK, Belgium, Finland, Hungary, etc.), the Middle East (Qatar, Jordan, etc.), South Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, China, South Korea, North Korea, Japan.
We can offer different modes of delivery from express couriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.) for small batches, to airfreight, truck, sea (ocean) freight. Please don't hesitate to let me know your ideas and we will find the right mode of delivery for you.
Our term of quotation is diversified. However, for Incoterms 2020, we mainly offer Exworks (Exfactory), FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF. For other terms of quotation, please feel free to let us know.
The small batches are being delivered nearly immediately. The larger batches or private label will depend on sizes, types of packaging and order quantity. The standard lead time for bulk pack is about 10 - 15 days. The lead time for private label can take longer. However, our team always strive to fulfill the orders as soon as possible.
Yes, we have both of them. But the supply of robusta peaberries is much larger than the arabica.
- No, we haven't cupped peaberries to the score of SCA yet. We consider peaberries special coffee but we don't take out the premium to market them as specialty grade coffee.
Is a cupping report available, or can one be arranged?
- If you need that, we will prepare the peaberries of specialty grade and have a cupper to do that. However, we will charge you on that.
Vietnam is situated on the Northern side of the Earth, our crop will start from late September to February, my friend. Green coffee beans can be seen as fresh within 12 months under storage conditions. However, the shelf-life is much longer.
The majority is unwashed (or you might call 'natural'); however, many farmers don't follow the truly "natural" as it should be. We also have washed, honey if you like.
What is the minimum order quantity for an LCL shipment?
- MOQ: 1 MT (1,000 kgs); however, we do offer flexible orders for trials as low as 500 kgs. Why is it 500 kgs? Because it is qualified to sea/ocean freight with cheaper rates.
What is the price per kg — FOB Ho Chi Minh City or Dalat?
- FOB Ho Chi Minh city.
Are there tiered prices for larger volumes?
- Yes, the more you order the cheaper you get.
What are your standard payment terms?
- 100% T/T in advance via prime banks, Sir.
Is pricing quoted in USD or VND?
- We quote USD for export orders and VND for domestic orders.
